Reservations:  All items should be reserved in advance to insure availability.  A 1/3 deposit of the total order is required to secure your items.  We request that no items be deleted after your order has been placed but will gladly make slight adjustments up to 4 days prior to your pickup time or delivery of the items.  This deposit is not refundable if the event is cancelled. 

Deliveries:  Delivery/Pickup are available at a nominal fee based on distance.  Please call our office for delivery charges.  Standard delivery/pickup charges are for tailgate drop off.  Additional labor charges may be incurred if long distances from the truck or flights of steps are involved.  Our personnel are instructed to stack items at a mutually convenient location.  The arrangements must be made with our office before delivery or pick up.

Rental Returns: Wedding rentals must have all of dιcor removed before returning or pickup and the green florist tape nor the green clay cannot be used.  Please note that our dripless or votive candles are required with our candelabras.  Real candles will permanently damage the finish and you’ll be charge for the damage.  Tables and chairs should be knocked down, stacked and ready for pick up.  China, glassware, silver, etc. should be rinsed, food-free and repacked in containers they came in.  Linens should be food-free and dry to prevent stains and mildew.  Linens returned in plastic bags will mildew.   

There are no refunds for unused rental items.  We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items but do offer damager wavier, please ask our counter sales for details.

Payment:  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, checks and cash.   All prices are subject to change without notice.          

Damage Waiver: We now offer Damage Waiver.   If you elect  to accept this protection, we will relieve you of having to pay for any accidental damages to our equipment rented and for loss due to fire, collision or windstorm. We exclude from this waiver any loss due to misuse or abuse, theft, intentional damage or mysterious disappearance.  Please refer to our contract for complete details.  Damage wavier does not cover any wax damage.

  7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri and 7:00 a.m. until Noon on Saturday.
Closed Sunday and major holidays.
