Does ABC Rental offer credit?

YES! You can stop by any of our locations and pick up an application, we can fax one to you, or click here for more information: apply on-line. If your creditors are cooperative, we can open an account within 24 hours.

Does ABC Rental offer Damage Waiver?

Yes, we are happy to offer Damage Waiver Protection. If you elect to accept this protection, we will waive our right to recover from you the loss resulting from direct physical damage to and loss of rented equipment. See the Damage Waiver page for complete details.

Can I decline Damage Waiver Protection?

Yes. If you wish to decline Damage Waiver Protection and assume complete responsibility for the rental items, just do so in writing and we’ll be happy to remove it from your invoice. See the Damage Waiver page for complete details.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We are open Saturday mornings 7:00 AM until Noon.

Do you have a location in Ocean Springs or Pascagoula?

YES! We opened an Ocean Springs location in October of 2003 and possibly will be opening more in the future.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We offer a delivery and pick up service for most items. There is a charge for this service depending on the location of the delivery. Just give us a call or email us, we’ll be happy to let you know what those charges will be.

How old do you have to be to rent?

The invoice that our customer must sign is a legal, binding contract, therefore the customer must be 18 years or older. There are no exceptions.

Do you have discount coupons?

Yes…all the time. We have discount coupons in the Hancock Bank Coupon book, offer them through direct mail-outs, in various local newspaper and we even have an online coupon on our website.
